Thank you to residents of Melbourn, Meldreth, Whaddon and Bassingbourn for your support and confidence in the elections yesterday.

I’m humbled and thrilled to have been re-elected as your County Councillor, and look forward to working together with so many newly elected colleagues including Sally Ann Hart, our new District Councillor for Melbourn Ward who will serve alongside Jose Hales.

With the Conservatives’ loss of overall control of the County Council, lots of ground for councillors to work together across political divides in the interests of all residents of Cambridgeshire!

Quite an incredible venue for the count at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford – thank you to all the South Cambridgeshire District Council staff who ran the socially distanced show so seamlessly.
